How we handle your data.
Short version: we collect very little, we do not track you, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
What data we collect
When you email us to purchase Starter or Full, or to ask a question, we receive your email address, your name (if included), and whatever you write in the message. That is the only personal data we collect.
The Free Sample is a direct file download. No personal data is collected or required to download it.
What we do NOT collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, conversion pixels, or any third-party JavaScript. There are no user accounts, no registration forms, and no newsletter sign-ups. We do not fingerprint your browser or device.
Why we process your data
We use the data from purchase emails solely to fulfill orders, deliver the benchmark kit, and handle support requests related to your purchase. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
Legal basis
We process your email and purchase data to perform the contract you enter into when purchasing a benchmark kit (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We may also process data to comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping requirements (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who has access to your data
Only Filip Barcík (the seller and sole operator). Your data is not shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party, except the email provider used to operate the info@ocurka.com mailbox.
Where your data is stored
Purchase emails and delivery records are stored in the email system used to operate info@ocurka.com. No separate customer database is maintained.
How long we keep your data
Purchase correspondence is retained for the duration required by Czech bookkeeping and tax law (typically up to 10 years for tax-relevant records). You can request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).

Hosting
This website is served as static files. The hosting provider may process standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser string). We do not access or analyze these logs for tracking purposes.
